Refunds

If there is a genuine reason that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at [email protected] Please include the details of the transaction such as your full name, the order number and the reason for the refund.

Mont Avenue reserves the right to refuse a refund on the basis that you have simply changed your mind about the purchase. The circumstances of the refund will be reviewed on a case by case basis as we have made every effort to ensure the description and images of our products are accurate.

Please note that we do not offer returns on sale items however, we may be able to offer an exchange.

If the refund is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. Mont Avenue will complete the refund of your funds within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email once this process has been completed however, please note that once you have been notified the reimbursement may take up to 5 days.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Mont Avenue will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Exchanges

If you have received the wrong product or have simply changed your mind on which product you would like, we are happy to provide an exchange.

Within 14 days of receiving your purchased items, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, the reason for the exchange and the alternative item you wish to be sent back (if applicable).

You will be required to send the product back to us in its original condition.
